Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you and Veda Online Ltd regarding the use of Deep Paint Addon for Blender. By downloading, installing, or using Deep Paint Addon for Blender, you agree to abide by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use Deep Paint Addon for Blender.

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Deep Paint Addon for Blender solely for your personal or commercial projects within Blender. This license does not permit resale or distribution of Deep Paint Addon for Blender or any modifications you may make to Deep Paint Addon for Blender.

You expressly agree not to:

Distribute, sell, or sublicense Deep Paint Addon for Blender, in whole or in part, to any third party.
Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble Deep Paint Addon for Blender except where applicable laws expressly permit such activity.
Use Deep Paint Addon for Blender in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of Deep Paint Addon for Blender or interfere with any other party’s use of Deep Paint Addon for Blender.
Use Deep Paint Addon for Blender to create or distribute any projects that are obscene, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful.

The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Deep Paint Addon for Blender, including any updates, enhancements, or modifications. Deep Paint Addon for Blender is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in Deep Paint Addon for Blender.

Any content generated by you using Deep Paint Addon for Blender, including but not limited to artwork, images, videos, .blend files, and any other 3D file format (such as .usd, .obj, .fbx, etc.), is solely owned by you. The Developer claims no ownership rights or interest in such user-generated content, nor any rights to use, reproduce, or distribute it in any form without your explicit permission. However, the Developer may request your permission to use your content for showcase or promotional purposes, which you have the right to approve or deny at your discretion.

The Developer may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, patches, or other support for Deep Paint Addon for Blender at their discretion. Any updates will be subject to the terms of this EULA. The Developer reserves the right to modify Deep Paint Addon for Blender without notice, including but not limited to features and functionality.

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling Deep Paint Addon for Blender and deleting all copies from your devices. The Developer may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Deep Paint Addon for Blender and destroy all copies.

Deep Paint Addon for Blender is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that Deep Paint Addon for Blender will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use or inability to use Deep Paint Addon for Blender, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of Deep Paint Addon for Blender, your violation of this EULA, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Zealand.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of this EULA will remain in full force and effect.
